Eneko Barberena comes from the Basque Country. He is the director of Plateruena Durangoko Kafe Antzokia, a cultural project to support the Basque culture and language with 1.184 partners, financially supporting this nonprofit project. As Eneko explains: “Basque language is a minority language and only several thousand people speak it. Most people listen music in English, French or Spanish in the Basque Country. In Plateruena we do concerts, Basque poetry improvisations, dance, theatre… We do concerts of pop, folk, rock, metal… music and we try to do projects together with the administration and cultural agents”.
