The “Toolbox for (young) managers” is a resource page with tips how to be a successful manager, links to interesting websites, lists of useful management tools and communication tools, as well as guidelines on different topics. We also provide information on working in an intercultural environment and give an introduction to successful networking and cooperation.

The Toolbox for (young) managers was produced as part of the project STAMP – Shared Training Activities for Music Professionals, coordinated by the European Music Council. The material was gathered by the European Choral Association – Europa Cantat with the support of its Youth Committee, as well as the STAMP partners as an Annex to the Guidelines on how to organise a YEMP (Young Event Management Programme).
