Jenny Beer is Managing Director of Drum Works, where she looks after project delivery and develops programme and strategy with the artistic directors. This emerged from her former role within the Barbican’s Creative Learning team. In 2014, she completed the Guildhall Creative Entrepreneurs programme with Cause4 and the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, which included access to mentoring, coaching, business planning, marketing and fundraising, equipping Jenny with the skills to develop a Drum Works as an independent organisation.
