Here you will find an exercise which the European Choral Association – Europa Cantat has done as part of the Young Event Management Programme several times. It shows how a team is built, over 3 years, for the preparation and organisation of the big EUROPA CANTAT Festival, starting with one person doing the work as volunteer or within their normal job, and ending with the huge team of staff and volunteers during the festival.
